Terms & Conditions for Manufacturers
1. Introduction:
These terms and conditions govern the eligibility and specifications for materials used in the manufacturing of WADA Awards for the year 2025. By participating in the production of these awards, manufacturers agree to comply with the following stipulations.
2. Material Restrictions:
Manufacturers are strictly prohibited from using the following materials in the creation of WADA Awards: – Synthetic stones – Plastic pearls – Glass beads – Glass stones – Lab-grown diamonds – Cubic zirconia – Any other non-natural gemstones
Additionally, the following metals are *not allowed* in award submission articles: – Silver – Brass – Other non-precious metals
3. Allowed Metals:
The following metals are permitted for use in the manufacturing of WADA Awards:
– Any color of gold – Any purity of gold above 14k – Platinum
4. Submission of Manufactured Pieces:
All completed pieces must be delivered to the WADA office in Sharjah strictly on or before 15th March 2025.
Late Submissions: Any pieces submitted after this date may not be included in the stage presentation with the models, may not be published in WADA Magazine, Volume 2, and will not be included in the final judgment session.
5. Insurance and Responsibility:
All items submitted for the Grand Finale must be insured for their appropriate value while in transit. Once received at the WADA office, the responsibility for the items will transfer to the WADA team.
6. Finished Jewellery Articles Retention:
Finished jewellery articles will remain with the WADA organizing team for a period of 3 months after the awards. During this time, they will be displayed and promoted at various events worldwide.
7. Media Requirements:
Manufacturers must provide the following for the final judgment process:
– A high-resolution corporate picture of the manufacturer.
– A high-resolution picture of the manufactured design.
– A 360-degree video of the manufactured design. This video will be shared with judges for the final judgment.
8. Compliance:
All products must adhere to the criteria outlined in this document. The use of any restricted materials or prohibited metals will result in immediate disqualification from the selection process for WADA Awards 2025.
9. Quality Assurance:
Manufacturers are responsible for ensuring that all materials used in the production of the awards are of high quality and meet the standards set forth by WADA.
10. Amendments:
WADA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to manufacturers in a timely manner.
11. Acceptance:
By proceeding with the manufacturing process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

12. Registration:
To proceed with manufacturing of any winning design piece the manufacturer must register and accept the above terms and conditions. The cost of registration along with handling charges and media promotion are mentioned below. This cost mentioned below is mandatory and applicable for each design.
